I did not feel like I was eating soup but just a very creamy potatos. My husband, the chef of the family commented on how colorful the appearence of the soup was compared to other potato soups. He also wanted to add that he did not have to add the usual seasonings that you have to add to soups to bring out the flavor. This soup had all that you needed. Just prepare and eat!
