TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHY YOU BECAME INTERESTED IN WORKING FROM HOME:
There are two main reasons I became interested in working from home. The first reason is because we live in a small town (less than 3,000 people).
Decent jobs in this town are few and far between. Unless you work for the county, state or federal government, the pay from the other jobs is less
than adequate, no matter what your qualifications are.
The second and most important reason I actually made the decision to start working from home was after my daughter was born. She was a month
old when I had to go back to work. Over the last few months, I knew that it was impossible to give 100% to my family while working full-time. As a
result of me trying to be Super-Mom and Super-Wife and full time employee, I realized that the most important part of my life was suffering. My duty
as wife and mother was far more important than a job that paid less than $22K a year while taking orders from someone else.
This is when I found the M.O.M. Team!
WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING, EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION?:
When you become involved with The M.O.M. Team you have access to amazing training in various forms. Training consists not only of the Online

HOW DO YOU WORK YOUR BUSINESS AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE?:
As with many successful businesses, they did not create their success overnight. This is true with big and small business. It will take you time to build
your clients and your business. As long as you have goals, you can do it. This is why I chose not to quit my job until I achieved a certain leadership
level with the company. One of the reasons I chose the M.O.M. Team is because the business is very flexible and it allows me to put my family first. I
currently work my business during the evenings and weekends. This is what works best for me and my family, but you will choose what works best
for you. It is up to you how fast you would like to build your business. The great thing about the M.O.M. Team is that there is no pressure and you
will receive support all the way.
By the way, I am coming close to reaching my leadership level with the company and will be saying audios to my day job!
HOW DO YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS?:
Building your business can be done many ways. Family and friends are a great way to get you started. There is not a person I don?t talk to about
what I do. It is about net- working and letting someone else in on the great opportunity you have found and how successful you have become. The
most important thing about building your business is to be consistent, lead by example and duplicate what has already been done by others in the
business. When you do this, you will be successful!
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST SALES TOOL?:
There are actually a few. The first greatest sales tool is never assume someone is not interested. I have found when I thought this before approaching
them, that they are more interested than you think. The second greatest sales tool is word of mouth. People love to follow in the footsteps of
successful people. And when someone finds something that is working, they are eager to tell people about it. Even if someone is not interested in
joining the business, they may know of someone who is! The most important is to be honest with people inside and outside of your business.
WHERE DO YOU SEE THE FUTURE LEADING YOU IN YOUR HOME BUSINESS?:
I keep my expectations for the future of my business realistic. I do not set goals that I know I cannot accomplish or that are unrealistic. As I?ve said
before, I have a certain level with the company that I would like to reach and I know that with the support of my team and my business associates, I
will achieve this goal.
As far as the future of my family life, I will continue to look forward to being home with and making my family first priority.
WHAT ADVISE FOR OTHER MOMS LOOKING TO WORK FROM HOME?:
My advice for moms and other individuals wanting to work from home is to find a company that they believe in with a solid tract record. Before
making a decision to become involved in a company and home-based business, it is very important to check them out. Get all the facts and then you
will be able to make a solid decision. After you make that decision, I feel confident that you will be on your way to achieving your goals!
